Today your child is bringing home his or her graded math Benchmark test. This is a pre-test and will not be used to determine your child's math grades. This test is on material that we will cover during the first 9 weeks of 1st grade. I use this test to determine areas that we as a class, and students as individuals need to work on.
If you have time please look over the test and discuss some of the problems your child missed. We will retake the same test at the end of this 9 weeks to look for growth.
